Refund Policy

Refund Policy


Once the order is placed and online transaction is done, we can cancel the order before the products are shipped and can refund the amount. but if the products are shipped, we will not encourage the refund policy. 

 

 Once the order is placed for cash on delivery we can cancel the order before the shipment has initiated or else we will not encourage refund policy.

 

Refund for online transactions Orders:

The payment method, which is used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is used for refund.

We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address for security reasons. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.

 

Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders:

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT))

If you wish to receive the Cash on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account to our email id and contact customer care number.
